Derek Kartchner began as an intern with Mexpro. He soon developed into a licensed Agency Producer and later held the positions of Vice President of Business Development and Chief Revenue Officer. Proficient in all the Mexpro Mexico insurance lines, Derek was well versed in our Cross border Insurance Market. Derek is a Certified Insurance Counselor and holds a Bachelor's Degree From Northern Arizona University in Business, and an MBA from Florida State University. Derek traveled extensively throughout Mexico and Latin America. Derek left Mexpro in 2016 to start his own insurance business, Gila Insurance Group, near his family in Safford, Arizona.
