Yes. Any boat or watercraft operating in Mexican waters or entering Mexico ports is legally required to carry Mexico Watercraft Liability insurance. Liability coverage provides financial responsibility in the event an owned watercraft is responsible for damages done to other vessels, docks, marinas or persons.

We cover personal watercraft (jet skis, etc.), yachts, sailboats and powerboats up to 133 feet in length.

No. We are unable to provide any insurance coverage for boats that are participating in commercial activities.

Yes. We offer daily policies, and discounted 6-month or annual policies; all options are provided on our quote results page. If you see the daily option has a large 'X' instead of a price, it means the price is higher than the discounted 6-month or annual rates.

Bodily injury (to others) limits are $50,000, $100,000 or $250,000 per person. Bodily injury (to others) per accident limits are $100,000, $300,000, or $500,000. Property damage liability (to others) is offered at $100,000 or $250,000.

Our boat liability policy covers damages done to third parties, including other vessels, docks, marinas, etc. We do not provide coverage for damages done to your owned watercraft, nor medical payments for you or your passengers. We strictly provide Mexico Liability coverage for damages to third parties for which you are legally liable.

If a covered loss occurs, contact the appropriate local authorities. Then report the incident immediately to the phone numbers that are listed on your policy.
