Gourmet Baja Cuisine Is Booming South of Tijuana
Tijuana has gotten a lot of press this year for its rising brand of gourmet Baja California cuisine. The New York Times and The New Yorker (among others) have held up the city as the cutting edge of Mexican gastronomy.
