Michelle Wie, at only twenty-years of age, won her first LPGA, this past Sunday, at the Lorena Ochoa Invitational in Guadalajara, Mexico. Wie's score of 275 was 13 under par.

Wie began her golf career at age 10, but has been afflicted with many injuries, as well as having several disqualifications. In December 2008 she, at last, earned an LPGA tour card.

The Lorena Ochoa Invitational is held at the Guadalajara Country Club, and hosted by Lorena Ochoa, one of the world’s top women golfers. Ochoa placed sixth in the tournament.
