2. Legal Assistance in Consular and Immigration Matters. We will provide guidance and assistance regarding immigration and customs matters, either over the telephone or in person if required. 3. Assistance due to loss of personal property. If your personal property is lost or stolen, simply call our toll free number, and we will assist in locating the lost property, filing police reports, and if recovered we will transport the recovered items to the place of your vacation destination or permanent residence.
